Ball's size guide. It is very important to choose the right size of the ball:
  • Up to 7 years, diameter 15 cm- 300gr;
  • 7-10 years old diameter 17 cm -350gr;
  • From 10 years old, the standard with a diameter of 18.5 cm -400gr.
  For children under 7 years old and up to 130 cm tall, it is better to buy a junior ball with a diameter of 15-16 cm. Despite the fact that the child will grow, it will be possible to train with such a ball for another 2-3 years. Standard balls at this age are inconvenient to work, too large for a child. For older athletes (9-10 years old), gymnastic balls with a diameter of 18.5 are optimal
