Clubs size guide. Clubs are classified into three length types:
  • Small, 36 cm long - designed for very young athletes aged 5-7 years;
  • Medium, 40-41 cm long - suitable for gymnasts aged 8-11;
  • Standard, 44-45 cm long - clubs for girls 11-15 years old.
  As a rule, the length of the clubs should not exceed the distance between the gymnast's wrist and the shoulder.
