Rope size guide
The standard length of the rope is 2.5 or 3 meters.
The rope is usually too long and needs to be adjusted.
To determine the size - stand on the rope, the knots should be between the armpits and shoulders. To do this, the athlete stands in the middle of the rope and pulls the ends to the shoulders. At the level of the armpits or shoulders, you need to tie the knots. Cut off the excess length at both ends. The rope knots need to be scorched. For reliability, they can be stitched, so over time they will not relax.
